Shine Star is an oil and gas skid package manufacturer in the UAE, designing and fabricating skid-mounted process packages for oil and gas, power and water operators. We take your P&ID and datasheets through structural and piping analysis, 3D modelling, fabrication, NDT, hydrotest and factory acceptance, all under one ISO 9001 quality plan.
Our skids have been commissioned in more than 15 countries, including Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Algeria, Oman, Nigeria, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Spain, the UK, the USA and Malaysia. Materials range from carbon steel to SS316L and 30 mm super duplex.

What is a skid package?
A complete process system with vessels, pumps, piping, valves, instruments and electrics, built and tested on a single steel base frame in our workshop, then shipped as one unit for fast installation on site.
Do you include E&I on skids?
Yes. Instrument tubing, cable trays, junction boxes and panels are installed and checked before dispatch so the skid arrives ready for hook-up.
Can your skids be certified for offshore lifting?
Yes. We have delivered dual-pod filtration units in DNV 2.7-1 certified frames to Saudi Arabia and Kazakhstan, with witnessed load testing.
What is the highest test pressure you’ve achieved?
Our HIPPS skid for Iraq was hydrostatically tested at 450 bar.
Do you manufacture skid packages for projects in Qatar?
Yes. We engineer and fabricate metering, prover, chemical injection, filtration and water treatment skids for Qatar and the wider GCC, fully tested in our workshop and shipped ready for hook up.
Can you deliver skid packages to Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Our filtration, gas treatment and vacuum skids are already in service in Saudi Arabia. We work to the project specification and your inspector witnesses the tests before dispatch.
