What information is required to get a custom fabrication quotation?
Send whatever you have usually a datasheet, P&ID, GA drawing or MTO. The key details are the design code (ASME, PED, EN 1090 or client spec), design pressure and temperature, materials, dimensions, quantity, inspection and testing requirements (ITP / TPI), coating specification, delivery destination and required date. Our estimators confirm anything that is missing before pricing.
Do you manufacture industrial filtration equipment?
Yes. We manufacture filter vessels, gas coalescers, cartridge and basket filters and in-line strainers, ASME U-stamped or PED, including sour and lethal service filters for ADNOC and aviation filter vessels.
Do you offer industrial piping fabrication services?
Yes. We fabricate oil and gas process piping in carbon steel, stainless, duplex, super duplex and Inconel, in our shop and on site. We are ADNOC-approved for piping fabrication and hydro-test to code, up to 450 bar on HIPPS skids.
Can you fabricate items that are not listed here?
Usually, yes. Our custom industrial fabrication services cover most pressure, process and structural steel items. Send a drawing and we will confirm feasibility.
