Shine Star Eng. Steel & Welding LLC is an ASME U-stamp and National Board R-stamp holder based in the UAE and an ADNOC approved manufacturer of pressure vessels up to 35 mm thickness. Our industrial pressure vessel fabrication covers carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex and alloy steels for upstream, midstream, power and water applications.
In-house engineering covers vessel design calculations, nozzle loads and cyclic-load analysis, so you receive one integrated package: calculations, drawings, ITP, NDT records, PWHT charts, hydrotest certificate and U-1A data report.
Vessel repair and alteration (NB “R”)
Our National Board R stamp lets us repair and alter existing pressure-retaining equipment, such as re-rating, nozzle additions and shell repairs, with proper documentation for your integrity records.

Steel & Welding LLC, an ASME pressure vessel manufacturer in the UAE, designs and manufactures custom ASME U-stamped and PED pressure vessels for oil and gas, power, water and process industries, including separators, filter vessels, accumulators, air receivers and clad vessels up to 45 mm wall. We are ADNOC-approved for pressure vessels up to 35 mm and hold the National Board R stamp for repairs and alterations.
What does an ASME U stamp mean?
It shows the vessel was designed, fabricated, inspected and tested to ASME Section VIII Div. 1 by a manufacturer holding a valid ASME Certificate of Authorization, with an Authorized Inspector witnessing the work.
What’s the maximum thickness you can fabricate?
We are ADNOC-approved for vessels up to 35 mm, and have delivered a 45 mm SS316-clad vessel (Ø2400 × 12000 mm, 45 t) to Oman.
Can you repair or alter existing vessels?
Yes, our National Board R stamp authorises repairs and alterations to pressure-retaining items.
Do you supply PED vessels for Europe?
Yes. We have supplied SS316L PED filter vessels to Spain and Portugal under Directive 2014/68/EU.
